Class ’55 First Batch of Scholar Graduates

We should all be very proud to experience the fruition of our dream to assist bright and financially-handicapped children graduate in high school.

The first batch of five scholars sponsored by JASHS Class ’55graduated last March. All five will pursue college degrees in Arellano University in Pasay City.

The happy graduating scholars are Jordan Amurao (salutatorian), Jhoana Fe Martinez, Crystal Alonzo, Bernadette Valencia and Narcie Orit.

Oskie and Lollie Apostol gave Ph 2,000 pesos to each graduating scholar and the Alumni Association presented each a graduation gift. Present at the presentation ceremony were Alumni Association president Emy Bernardo, JAS Campus  Asst. VP Zeny Lobregat, past Alumni Association president Rex Tensuan, principal Mrs. Sally Santiago, and Association officers Ester Dazon, Cholie Sobremonte, Cely Osial and Joy Gamulo.
