Gold Nuggets From Our Past

Featured in this issue are the weddings of Dr. Alberto and Theresa Cayton who are based in New York, Lita Tolentino and Mey Velasco who have settled in Rancho Palos Verdes, California and Santiago “Santi” and Constancia Abad who are residing in Milpitas, California.

Dr. Alberto L. and Theresa Cipollone Cayton were married on November 3, 1973 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Astoria, New York. Reception was held at Ricardo’s in Astoria; honeymooned in Hawaii and lived happily thereafter.

Lita and Mey Velasco posed for this souvenir photo on their wedding at St. Vincent de Paul Church, San Marcelino, Manila on October 6, 1963.

Santiago and Constancia Abad tied the knots 45 years ago on June 25, 1961 at Espiritu Santo Church in Manila.

The Abads celebrated their 25th year (left photo) on June 25, 1986 and their 45th year wedding anniversary (right photo) on June 25, 2001 in Manila.
